Sewing Workshop with MAE STUDIO

Join MAE studio Instructor for a fun day of learning at Open Space Downtown Abbotsford. We will teach a full introduction on how to get started with your sewing machine, how to make a beautiful accessory for yourself, all in a relaxed environment.

In our “Introduction to Sewing” class, you’ll learn the essential steps to Sew a Handbag

By the end of this class, you’ll confidently be able to:

✔ Thread a sewing machine and wind a bobbin ✔ Feed fabric through the machine, sew in a straight line, and turn corners ✔ Explore the machine’s features and stitch options
✔ Troubleshoot common sewing mistakes ✔ Sew different types of seams ✔ Properly pin and cut fabric

Beginners are welcome! No prior experience is needed. Sewing Machine Provided and Material ( fabric, thread, provided )
