This 3 hour workshop will give couples the tools they need to understand their conflict styles in relationship, strengthen their communication and emotional awareness, foster greater connection physically and emotionally, and reaffirm their commitment to each other. Cost is $160 per person and its covered through extended health if you have coverage for registered clinical counselling (RCC).
